We replace items that are defective, damaged or size issues. If you need to exchange the same item, You can request to return product within 5 days of delivery. After a return is submitted, pickup will happen in 2-3 days.

*How do I return an order?
If you want to return an order, log onto the berrieschoice.com website. Click on the ‘Return & Exchange Request’ section and send us your return request.

berrieschoice.com has a very flexible exchange policy. A customer has within 5 days after delivery to return or exchange the products in case a wrong item is delivered or the size and color does not match. However, the product must be in the original packing and must not be used as per our policy.
*Why is my return request getting rejected?
There could be a couple of reasons for it. It could be possible when our courier boy come for pick up you are not present at that time. It could also be that the product used or damaged it after delivery.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, after deduction of forward & revers pick up shipping charges of the delivered item and final amount will be credited automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 7-8 business days. No cash amount will be handover to the customer at a time RVP order pickup.
